Pickleball Moves to Dill Dinkers; Registration Opens Feb. 8
MSO’s huge pickleball tournament is moving to Dill Dinkers facilities in Columbia and Finksburg. Registration opens Feb. 8 through PickleballBrackets.com.
• Thursday, May 16—men’s and women’s singles; • Friday, May 17—men’s doubles; • Saturday, May 18—mixed doubles; • Sunday, May 19—women’s doubles.
For ages 50 and above, this event is the Maryland qualifier for the 2025 National Senior Games in Des Moines. Both facilities have 12 courts, and the skills ratings will be divided into 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0-plus divisions. We’re expecting over 500 players again this year.
Out-of-state players are welcome to participate and qualify. Stay tuned, we’ll have more details shortly, including entry fees.
National Games Adds 5 Sports, 4 Events For Des Moines 2025
Great news for billiards, disc golf, beach volleyball, non-ambulatory pickleball and more, but two sports and one event will be eliminated after the Des Moines Games. Details.
