The small dirt lot next to the track is for officials only. Parking is off Campus Drive in any of the several lots.

Plan on arriving with enough time (no later than 30 minutes) to check in with Maryland Senior Olympics then at your event location. You’ll receive a bib #, hold on to it for both days if you are returning on Sunday. 

Times are subject to change. We encourage you to check your email, our website and at sign-in on the day of your event for potential time changes.

Sorry, there will not be food on site, please come prepared! We will have plenty of water. There will be portable restrooms on-site. 

This event serves as a qualifier for the 2025 National Senior Games in Des Moines, Iowa!

Competition Rules and Format:

• All first-, second-, third- and fourth-place winners or athletes meeting this sport’s NSGA minimum performance standards in competition will qualify for the 2025 National Senior Games.
• All athletes who compete in hammer throw at a 2024 NSGA qualifying games will qualify for the 2025 National Senior Games.
• Age group competitions for men and women (50-54, 55-59, 60-64, etc.).
• Gold, silver, and bronze medals for each age group, including ribbons for 4th through 6th-place finish.
